OK so it is Black Friday and it might have been too much of a bargain but I ordered a Samsung Galaxy PAYG S7 online from Carphone Warehouse for £0.00 and £10.00 top up
:rotfl:
Had confirmation e-mail and spoke to call centre re the delivery etc and now they have cancelled it. :mad:
Suppose I guessed it would happen but surely they wouldn't notice one little phone???

Well, they have been known to send the same phone out twice and not notice, so you never know...0

First rule of pricing errors is to take possession before contact...This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

If their official paperwork, app or website directed you to call them on a premium rate 084 or 087 number, check your phone bill and then use Regulation 41(2) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to claim back the call costs from them:

Not even mentioning the difficulties involved in getting an intransigent retailer to do what you suggest, but what in this thread made you even make that post?
Where is there a suggestion that CPW customer services is on a 084 or 087 number?

0800 and 0370 are all that are used...====0 -
I gather from some other posters on the internet that their orders were cancelled too. When I queried the cancellation I got this e-mail:I have looked into your account and can not see a reason as to why your order was deleted. This may have been a system error.
Your payment of £559 is available as a voucher. This can be refunded by cheque or you can call the customer service team who can help you with a card refund.
hmm - have checked account and fortunately they never deducted anything - though they seem to think they did !0 -
Might not have hit your account yet.0
