Moneycorp Card

This may not be the right forum, as I'm not trying to use it overseas, but I thought there may be more experince with the card here.
A few months ago Moneycorp had a promotion, sign up, add £50 and get a £20 bonus. Card activated, registered online, all OK.
My actual balance is £72, so theoretically I should be able to withdraw £70, pay the £1.50 fee and forfeit the 50p. But I can't for the life of me get it to work in a cashpoint. I've tried a few but just get a 'This service is not available at present' message.
Any ideas? I've tried contacting them via their online form, but have heard nothing back.
Thanks.

Not acquainted with Moneycorp. Perhaps the withdrawal is being treated as a cashout and you're not leaving enough funds to pay the fee? The card is disabled or blocked? Trying to withdraw currency which is not on the card? Try going into a Moneycorp branch or phone them.0 -
Thanks Ant,
I've managed to put £50 through in a supermarket, so it is technically working.
I think the issue is that the card wants a 10% buffer in case of currency exchange fluctuations. Obviously this shouldn't be an issue drawing GBP from a GBP balance, but I can work around it.0
