Boiler grant scheme?

I read a magazine”The Peoples Friend” Issue number 7652 and it had an article, “How to choose a boiler” There was a block with information about Grant schemes if one is a certain age and receive a State Pension. Following that there was an Internet address: WWW.energysavingtrust.org.uk I opened the Internet address up, filled in some questions but it pointed me towards a telephone number that dealt with English requirements. I telephoned that number but the person who took my call was incoherent and I could not understand them. My deafness did not help and I normally communicate by Email. I could not find a Web page that gave me an Internet contact that deals with England. Can anyone one here do so?
