BT Cloud Cancellation

We are a small business, and we currently have a BT account. We were contacted by BT Local Business who offered us a new contract under their BT Cloud system.
We viewed the offer and decided to proceed on the basis that it woukld offer us significant savings.
During our waiting period we were contacted by our new BT Cloud account manager who informed us they had accidentlly lost it. Before we signed the contract for the second time we reviewed some of the extras and we requested a site visit.
The site visit was carried out and we were told that everything was okay to proceed, so we signed the revised contract.

On an unrealted subject we contacted BT direct to query a previous bill. The person we spoke to then took a look at our account and could see we had a Cloud order pending. At this point the second BT contact checked our broadband speed and said that it was not strong enough to support the Cloud system. They then on our behalf kindly raised a miss-sale complaint against our account.

Since then we thought this would be then end of the communication on the Cloud contract, but we have been put under pressure to sign up for something even though the original contract we signed could not be fulfilled. The BT Cloud account manager has said that we are outside of the 28 day cooling off period to cancel even though we have never physically had anything new fitted.

Are we within our legal rights to claim this contract as null and void? Help.
