Dont you know BT are very busy... too busy to answer the phone to negotiate a contract deal. So try webchat...they cant deal but can connect you to the team that can...or perhaps to the team that cant, who then promise to pass you straight to the team that can..who are understandably very busy....................... a great way to spent a couple of hours0

Contract ended so BT wanted to increase broadband package to £23pm (I pay line rental annually). Had to wait a while on phone but, when finally got through, rep, after friendly chat,:) reduced price to £15pm for 24month (rather than previous 12month) contract
