How long should it take to issue a PAC code?
Hi all.
Signed up to a 1 months rolling contract with freedompop network, biggest mistake so far.
I have requested my PAC code in writing on their forum 14th of November (apparently this is their correct procedure) which is now over a week ago.
I have received 2 messages, the first one stating they have received my request and are working on it. The second one yesterday stating that I will receive an email shortly.
As this simple task has already taken far too long, where am I with cancelling my direct debit?
Anybody got any ideas how to proceed with freedompop?
Any suggestions welcome.

Other than waiting, requesting PAC code again, reminding people I'm still waiting, what else could I do?
Don't want to sound ungrateful, but requesting a PAC code should never take that long.0 -
