Can anybody help? My wife and I were offered £210 cashback deals from CPW having been screwed by E2save the year before. I have phoned their "helpline" twice and have been promised cheques but nothing happens.
Wrote to Dunstone 2 weeks ago and sent letter recorded delivery but no reply.
I've written again today again recorded delivery and I intend to keep pressing even if I have to visit the reg offices in London.
Anybody got any other ideas or experience on how to get our £420 out of CPW??

I am afraid you have to take legal action against them. There is plenty of advice on this forum on how to do that. Bonnie Prince Charlie Dunstone and his cohorts dont give a toss about the likes of you and I so expect nothing and you wont be disappointed.0

Had an email from CPW redemptions today apologising for the trouble I had and saying they would send a cheque.
BUT I have to wait a month to receive it. Since when do cheques take this long. Just a bit more sharp practice I think. I'm never going near CPW or E2 save again. Think I'll just go direct to the network provider.
My son says 3 is ok Anyone got any views?
We will soon have a T mobile mast near. What are they like?0 -
Cpw and E2save are the same company.0

I am with 3 for the last 2years. Very happy with their service. For 15 quid they give good phones and reasonable mins or texts as per your requirement. You can get 30 quids by " refer a friend" and some money by going thru' Quidco. Many cashback companies are going bust so beware. There is no guarantee about your money, you know even big morgage/housing companies are on the verge of folding up!!!0 -

Very good advice :T0 -
I had a similar experience with Carphone Warehouse, and will NEVER go back to them or recommend them to anyone!
The young girl with whom I signed up for my contract in June '06 was new, and much of what she told me was incorrect anyway. So basically I bought into a contract on all sorts of false information. We sorted it out amicably, but I still had the short end of the stick in some ways
Well, to cut a looong story short, it took 13 months and very many phonecalls etc etc to get my £240 out of them ... which I should never have paid in the first place, if the initial incompetent sales assistent was to be believed!!
