I requested a refund on the 14th and received it today. I'm fairly sure this was a refund direct from the company although I had also initiated a chargeback via my bank. There is a Facebook group for 'Unsatisfied Savvibuy customers' from which it is apparent that the vast majority of people are still waiting for their items despite 1 or 2 delivery dates having passed.0
