POPLA Appeal - help needed

I desperately need help completing a POPLA appeal, I've only got a few days left and I don't understand what I've to do at all. I 'discarded' my original PCN as I was told it wasn't worth the paper it was written on. Naively, I shredded the document and then began to panick once reminder each started rolling in. I've literally read hundreds of threads and now I'm completely baffled and struggling with where to begin. I've read a few threads re: failure to notify the keeper and the PCN omitting the blurb re POFA and NTK timeframe? Although I don't have my original doc, I can't remember reading anything about this in the so called 'invoice'. Please where do I begin my appeal other than reading thread after thread and making my head spin?

Papa golf, it's a PE pcn for insufficient time purchased. 2hrs was purchased and the time clocked from entering and leaving was 2hr 24mins. My car was parked on a blue badge not that any concessions are made for bb holders but with mobility issues surely they take into account it takes longer to get little ones strapped in etc. We did check to see if you could purchase extra time but there was no clear instructions for what to do in that instance?? I'm really struggling to understand all the legal jargon and I don't know where to start with an appeal. All the info on here is a bit overwhelming to be honest. TIA0

you are correct but popla have never upheld an appeal based on the Equality Act 2010 , sad to say
the landholder is responsible to do so and I would consider a counter claim against them , but warn them first and insist they get the charge cancelled
click on the name crabman in one of the sticky threads to send him a pm0 -

Redx I've been trying to find out who the landowner is but can't find any details anywhere? It's like looking for a needle in a haystack! I thought it would be public knowledge and a google search would suffice but my god how wrong could I be.....0

cost you about £3 at the Land Registry if a google search failed
had you named the site , other people on here may have know the details, for free
you were also asked for other details like the name of the PPC etc , you have so far failed to answer them
its like messaging a doctor asking why you are ill but giving no details, no symptoms , no address , no gender , no indicators at all
ot its like asking for a sandwich but giving no idea if you want butter or margarine , cheese and ham and pickle or bacon , white or brown bread , sliced or from a whole loaf , with or without yeast
I know you used to be indecisive , but now you are not so sure0 -
