BT broadband deal ended 28/10/16?

  • I used the same offer to sign up but when I log into BT, it shows as having no reward to claim. I think this is because a BT agent cancelled my original order and made a new one due to some confusion on their part about transferring the phone line from TalkTalk. I've submitted the contact form with the details but no response, I've also submitted a claim for the cashback cheque but don't hold out too much help of getting that either.

    Any advice? Should I call them rather than wait for them to respond to the "contact us" form? I still have all the details of my original order etc. and it wasn't me that cancelled it so I'm not going to be happy if they don't give me it...
