I recently got an HP X2 detachable laptop/tablet with 2GB RAM and 64GB SSD.
Having downloaded very little in the way of apps I'm at 35GB used out of 57 total. I can't see what is taking up all the space although some 14GB is reserved for the system.
32GB would definitely be a no-go for me. Having said that I like the device for browsing/Netflix and I paid £179 as it was marked down in John Lewis, especially as it has decent B & O front facing speakers, USB-C and a microSD slot. Mine is red, not the silver in the link.

I've since setup ms office subs 7.99 p/month at least short term as I might get a unused key from family., Quite a challenge to setup my icloud e mail via outlook, though finally read I had to switch off Apple two step verification (via existing iPad Air )
In terms of storage I keep getting a pop up screen via Asus reminding me I can claim 1000 GB online storage.
I switched any new apps and docs to be installed on my scandisk usb 3 drive which gives 28GB additional storage if required. (Where I got 28GB from I don't know as I only paid 8 or 9 quid for what I thought was a 16gb scandisk drive for Sony firmware update from currys a few months ago)
