Apologies I was thinking of another thread relating to price. If its plastic its not a manhole but an inspection chamber and should be easy enough to move. If it's a concrete manhole it can be moved but will be a lot more expensive.0

If it helps for a comparison we were told to budget £1k per sq meter. We got a big garage, a room above it, the knock through and a fake wall added, new boiler, reroofed and reharled for under £50k. We didn't have anything complicated like pipes needing moved but may give you an idea.0
