Quite possibly, but we know no more than you.Could it be that the ticket was cancelled following my letter to G Casino but I wasn't informed?
Make sure you take a screenshot of the webpage stating that. You could even take a short video if you've a smartphone of trying to access details of the parking charge.
You could also telephone the casino manager and just ask him to confirm if he has cancelled the charge.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

It would seem that the letter to the Manager of G Casino did the trick. After I put in my appeal to the PPC I received this reply
Dear xxx,
This parking charge was cancelled on 21.11.16.
