Bizzare issue using the My3 App

Hi all,
Just spent half an hour on the phone with no answer so will see if anyone else has had the same issue...
When I view my bills online via a computer all is fine and all my details are correct.
When I use the app via my phone and view a bill my address is different (only 2 doors different) along with a different phone number and account number.
All Three advised me to do was reinstall the app which I have done but I am having the same issues.
Anyone else had this? Three have assured me that all is OK and I only have one account open but still it is quite worrying.

This could indicate that the app is recognising the Three account of your close neighbour by location, instead of your own account. I would try reinstalling the app with location switched off and/or while physically in another place away from home, to see if it then works normally when you log in. If so, the app developers would probably like to hear about the situation.
Surely the Three app cannot use location to identify accounts, that would be appalling.0 -

AGDCFF - It looks to me that you are seeing someone else's account on your app as all the details are wrong and that does not speak well for the security of the app concerned.
If it were mine I would ditch the app completely and just use the computer to access your account.
What if your neighbour has the app and is seeing your number and account - that is certainly worrying.0 -

Go through the settings menu and delete all the data for that application.
If it continues after that then as per the above post consider not using it. any more.0 -
On my iPhone, the My3 app shows stupid data on the bills, in several places numbers are shown as a square box with a cross in it, all mobile numbers called start 09, not 07, part of the voice calls made abroad (using feel at home) are shown as outside my allowance (6 mins out of 52 minutes of calls), yet they attract a zero charge.
Total mess... Anyone else see these errors in their billing with the My3 app?0 -
