Citroen relay drain off

Can anyonr helo i need to drain the fuel out of a Citroen relay 55 plate ive tried syphoning it but there is an anti syphoning thing in the tank. Can i get some tube of or something. Thanks in advance

Cut down a larger container such as a plastic can or washing up bowl. Anything that can be made into something shallow but large surface area.
