You are on the parking forum, I am sure some of these private parking companies would have the fuel out of your tank if they could. Suggest another forum.

I used windscreen washer tube and an electric fuel pump. Total cost was about twenty quid.
In my case I had to get it all out as my Lovely Cousin managed to fill my diesel tank with petrol.
It may not be cost effective to buy a pump if it isn't necessary, but you can still use small bore tube to syphon it out, but it will take ages.
Use a piece of wire with a tiny bit of rag or sponge on the end and pull it through once the rag end is in the tank. That way you won't get a mouthful of fuel by accident.

place rag in tank and light with match ,,, that will remove the petrol

alternatively , you may find that its an electric fuel pump in the tank

remove a pipe from the engine bay and power up the pump , this will pump out all the fuel

The fuel pipe will not be at the bottom of the tank so some fuel will be left using this method, that's why I suggest using an auxiliary electric pump.

yup , but you would get most out , then fill with correct fuel , at the same time all sediment/*rap would be pushed thru the fuel filter , which SHOULD be changed after a misfuel

the fuel pump relay needs unplugging and a jumper placing acreoss in order for it to rum

this method is used at many garages
