Breaking in to our shed..

Hi all,
We recently bought a house with a shed/outbuilding in the garden. We can't find the key to it anywhere (it may have been chucked in the move/clear up!
Any suggestions on how to pick the lock or break it off to put a new one on? Could really do with putting stuff in there! Can't get to the screws to unscrew it and want to avoid breaking the door itself!
I promise it's my shed and I'm not a burglar
This is the pesky thing https://postimg.org/image/52hibg18d/

Borrow, hire or buy a cheap angle grinder and use that.
You should be able to buy one for under £20.

Drill straight through the middle of the lock.0

You should be changing all the locks on your new home anyway, so unless you are good with DIY call a locksmith.
We had the same problem with our garage when we moved last year. The locksmith had a whole bunch of master keys and opened it with the first one he tried!0 -

Nick - you beat me to it.
Hanb - you have absolutely no idea how many 'spare' keys to your property are floating around out there. Get your locks changed now!0 -

LARGE flat screwdriver, plus hammer, under the folding hinge
at the bottom in the photo, it will tear the screws out, easy to
make good afterwards, or covered by a new hasp lock.16 x Enhance 250w panels + SolarEdge Inverter + TREES

I've had to force one of those in the past and I found it extremely easy to do by using a set of Mole grips as these types of locks are generally cheaply made out of low quality steel.
I simply gripped and turned the lock mechanism and it didn't take much force at all and it sheared straight off.0 -
What sort of hinges are on it?Some people don't exaggerate........... They just remember big!0
