Rejecting a used car,do i have a leg too stand on?

    3mm pad left is fine.
    Take the car down a long road and slam the brakes on a few times. 23 miles... of what kind of driving? Steady no doubt. The brakes need working hard.

    1.thats already been done

    2.of course steady driving abit illegal to do otherwise.

    3.i didn't know about the issue as he verbally stated 'its due too it sitting on the fore court,its recently had new brakes its just gatherd rust which will come off with the brakes being used for abit(common thing)

    not that there bascially lipped and the discs pads are neally out thats more a lie then me knowing.

    Can you prove what he said?

    If not get the brakes replaced, enjoy the car and move on.
