Like Nickynoo. We also did the 'spending limit' option. Have to say it was actually much more fun trying to find something suitable. Because we set the limit quite low too (£5 - but it was quite a few years ago!) it meant there were lots of jokey presents - never likely to be used, but gave a good laugh on the day.
Unfortunately my kids are are the wrong age to appreciate this kind of thing!! ::)Leylie0 -
if they are very young just give them a cardboard box they love them better than the toys inside

yes 13 is about right, give them a five pound lecky card and theyll be fine

when theyd say can I have a fiver I would show them my "fake" purse (kept the other one hidden) and say look in there you can have whats in it I suppose" and theyd open it up and see 40p in coppers in there usually theyd say " oh well if thats all youve got we wont take it" they were so considerate ???0 -
