ZZPS. Chasing PCN payment

I received a PCN at silverstone race circuit on the 4th sept from indigo park services ltd during a motoring event. There were no parking signs on the day and despite parking attendants no warnings that parking was to be paid for and I had parked in the same car park the previous day without being ticketed ,I ignored the fine . A notice to keeper followed on the 11th October requesting £74 which I replied with the money saving expert letter template explaining I wouldn't be paying due to insufficient signage, previous parking etc . On 10th November I received a Letter from ZZPS informing me they have taken up the issue of payment , now £110, from indigo. Any advice on my next step will be gratefully appreciated

Hi,
Thanks for the advice , the newbie thread was extremely helpful. My understanding is I have missed my opportunity to appeal and therefore have a popla code ?
However my reason for not paying the PCN is due to no signage when parking . Should I reply to the latest demand stating this quoting section 18 of the BPA operators approved code which describes standards which must be met concerning signage ?0 -

Do not respond to ZZPS nor 'Wright Hassall' if it's the ZZPS version (even though they are a solicitor, WH don't actually send this letter, they lend their name/letter heading to ZZPS)!

HTH, relax, this is all smoke & mirrors.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Genuine question, will bylaws apply at Silverstone Race Circuit. I looked on their website (Silvertone's) and there is a section "Rules & Bylaws" but there's no mention of Bylaws in the Rules & Bylaws.
I know it's Indigo and they usually operate on railway land so do bylaws apply in this situation?0 -

Do you mean the template from the NEWBIES thread on this forum, or the dreadful "official" MSE version? This is very important as the latter one gives away the driver's details, which is a really bad thing.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Hi
Sorry for late reply. Yes I used the MSE template. Could this be an issue?0
