T Mobile waste of time

I have been trying to log into my T mobile account and even changed my password and received an email saying it had been changed yet I can still not log into it .I even went on live chat online to a customer assistant who blithely told my that perhaps my emails address was wrong weird that as I had received an email from them :mad: she then told me that I should log into T mobile and not EE :mad::mad::mad: I was bloody on the T mobile site !!!!!! my blood pressure is up and I'm spitting feathers I am shortly off to Bluewater with my DD to look at getting a new phone I shall probably have words when I get there as well :mad::mad::mad: T Mobile service seems to be a complete and utter waste of space
By the way I have had the same email address for the past 13 years, I may be getting on in years by there is nothing wrong with my brain

I had that a couple of years ago. They now send me free paper bills although I can now log on. Vodafone had the same problem but I never could log on.0

Just come back from Bluewater with my daughter where I got a fantastic deal from Carphone warehouse £50.00 curry voucher a £100.00 cashback and a spanking new phone which is fabulous and does exactly what I want with unlimited texts and 300 minutes per month, plus an internet connection. Thank you CPW your service and staff are great T/mobile can do one now
:):)even with an extra fiver a month on my existing monthly charge my 24 month contract means I am still well over £50 in front and had a free phone holder for my car chucked in as wellI am a happy bunny tonight 0
