I used this to switch last month and I'm sure it said something about £15 cash back for each utility I switched. Can anyone clarify and if my memory is correct, how I claim this?

If it was the collective then yes, the money will be paid into your bank account in around 3 months from live date.

You cannot switch your water supplier, so no cashback for that.
