I have always maintained token repayments on both my loans (which were Lombard unsecured loans)...These loans have been passed around several companies over the years..Moorcroft..Arden ...And now Idem securities. Karonher has a valid point here, and one I should of picked up on earlier.

The debt and all its liabilities now belong to idem, so they also become data processors for your information.

RBS may no longer hold any info on you, hence why they've passed it on to idem ?
