Apologies if this has already been posted,
I have an Orange. PAYG mobile that I generally top up by around £20 a month.this amount normally lasts between a month & six weeks
Not the case this time ! Added credit on 09/11 then received a text on the 13/11 stating I was low on credit again !,
I have just spoken with them & have been told there is a problem their end ,that customers are not being credited with their free data/texts

I had to ring Orange this morning about another matter- and there's now a recorded message saying that if you're ringing about rewards not being credited then they're aware of the problem and are working on fixing it.Conquering the debts one penny at a time.....0

If your spending £20 a month then you really need to consider a sim only deal. (unless you have a credit problem).
They are only 30 day contracts And around £10/month
plusnet will launch a 4G service at the end of the month.
But if you don't want 4G/data then get with life mobile this month while to still can for better value0 -
