Windows 10 & network share access denied - Solution?

Following a Windows 10 update I can no longer access the nas drive on my network. This link shows the message I am getting and explains how to fix this:
http://www.dedoimedo.com/computers/windows-10-network-share-access.html
But I've fallen at the first hurdle because I don't know how to use regedit. I have loaded it (typed regedit into Cortana).
The first instruction says:
Fire up the registry editor (regedit). Navigate to:
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanWorkstation\Parameters
But my regedit looks like this:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT
HKEY_CURRENT_USER
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
HKEY_USERS
HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG
So I don't know how to proceed.
I'd be really grateful for some help.

HKLM is shorthand for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE so you need to navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanWorks tation\Parameters0

The very first image under Solution ... the status bar of that image shows the full path.

Thanks to you both. Made the changes successfully and rebooted but no change. Tried rebooting nas drive but still get message. Checked regedit to see if changes were saved and looks exactly as it says.
Any ideas on what to do now please?0 -
It's yet another example of MS screwing up networking generally in W10, think yourself lucky you haven't had any of the wifi issues as well ......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple

My wife has exactly the same PC as me with Windows 10
version 1607 OS Build 14393.447
Her PC can access the nas drive no problem.
I've looked at her registry settings and they are exactly the same as mine (except they obviously don't have the additional parameter)
Are there any other sharing or network parameters I could compare?0 -
Just noticed in Settings that System Type is 64 bit on both machines
The instruction I followed said create a new 32-bit DWORD parameter
I notice that there is a QWOED 64-bit available
Is this a possible reason the change hasn't worked I wonder?
Bit nervous about making changes to registry without checking. Should I delete the 32-bit parameter and add the 64-bit one with the same name and value?0 -

No -- the bit size of a registry value relates to how much memory it occupies. The bit size of a CPU/OS relate to how many bits of information should be processed at once.
As an example, a tick box can either be "yes" or "no" (or true/false, ticked/unticked, whatever). This is one bit of data. There's no reason why variables of one-bit can't be used on a 32-bit or 64-bit (or any other bit size) operating system.0 -

I've just had a look at that link, and the issue seems to be that Win10 no longer allows guest network access by default.
Instead of using the registry hack to enable guest network access, wouldn't it be better to set up proper authentication with a username/password...?0 -
