where to put grater amount of money

Hi
i went to the bank today to open Help to Buy ISA...what i didnt know is that £200.00 is max you can put in monthly and start of with 1,200.00.
possibly ill receive small inheritance and i wanted to put all fogether into Help to Buy scheme...well as above i can not do this.
my question is:
should i open any other ISA so money grows a little...and then next year (april in Barclays bank) open Help to Buy and start saving 200.000/ month.
How does it look to have 2x ISAs, any disadvantages ?
