Leaving Vodafone under 30 Day Network Guarantee.....advice??

Options
Hiya, I upgraded my sim only deal 3 months ago but Vodafone neglected to tell me that I would lose access to wifi calling as the new tariff didn't include it

They refused to help me until my upgrade was due (I didn't realise I was missing wifi until after 30 days)

Anyway.....I am eligible to upgrade now (after3 months) but what I was going to try and do was upgrade but then cancel under the 30 day network guarantee

Would this enable me to cancel everything or are they likely to try and put e back on my old tariff?? Has anyone found this before??

Thanks, Nick

    Hi Nickosbad,

As with any upgrade your 30 day network guarantee does apply, therefore if you do upgrade it's classed as a new contract.

    Thanks,

    Carly

The Vodafone Network Satisfaction Guarantee applies to any new contract for a mobile device or bundle, when bought directly from Vodafone, on or after 21 March 2016. This includes new customers, upgrades, switching from one type of service to another (for example, moving from Pay as you go to Pay monthly), or adding an additional line or service.
If you’re upgrading or adding a new device or service, the guarantee is 30 days from the start of your new contract, and won’t include any time on a previous device.

If you bought your device or bundle from one of our channel partners (such as Carphone Warehouse) then their terms and conditions will apply.
