TalkMobile failed porting
Just wondered if anyone else experienced a failed porting of your number to TalkMobile?
I wanted to transfer my number from GiffGaff to TalkMobile but they incorrectly allocated my number to a different talkmobile account (not owned by me!) and now I can't get my number back!
Have been speaking to helpdesk twice a day, but all they say is "Tech support is aware and looking into it".
It's 5 days since I lost my number, so getting very frustrated now.
Tried naming and shaming them on Twitter, but that didn't help and they just come back saying sorry and then don't do anything.
Anyone have the contact details for the CEO I could try?
