Vodafone FINALLY!!!
Sent a complaint to Vodafone last night (14/11/16) via Resolver. This matter has been going on since Feb 2016. Basically didn't renew contract but they continued billing me even after 2 online chats proved it was a mistake. I even got letters from debt company and another from credit management company. But success came today phone call TO ME from Vodafone in an effort to sort it out they said!! And I said if it doesn't take me to Court!! BUT AMOUNT REMOVED from my "closed" account and, upon my request an email was sent to me stating this too. Just want to say a big THANK YOU Resolver was just the kick up the rear they needed.

You don't specifically cancel a mobile contract at the end of the minimum term, it will just continue as a monthly contract. So they will continue to take payments, this is quite normal and expected.0
