  • Haven't got much advice but just worked out we have 18 bulbs that need replacing!
    Make £10 per day-
    June: £100/£300
  • I think people are imagining a pendant with 1 bulb in the room not working, therefore dark. More likely a 3 lamp fitting with 1 bulb out, a set of downlights with 1 out etc. I have a couple of boxes of bulbs in the garage but the main light in the lounge and the ceiling light in the conservatory both have 1 bulb gone from the 3.

If a tenant left a house and the biggest problem was 3 blown bulbs I'd return the deposit and move on, not worth the aggro. Are they some kind of fabulous dim-able long life LED super bulb or something?

Your house is dark apart from the light of the TV?

What happens if... and I know this might be a rather odd question... the TV isn't on, and you want to read a book?
