Parking ticket Armtrac Porth Beach

I got a ticket in August at the car park opposite Porth Beach Cornwall. The ticket had blown over on the dashboard and the photo from the ticket warnden shows the ticket on the dash but the wrong way up.
I still have the ticket and I have pictures of the car park and the lack of signs showing any penalty charge notice warnings.
I have ignored the 2 letters that have arrived from Armtac so far and the last one has said that I have 14 days to Pay £100 or it will go to debt collectors.
I have read on here just to ignor it all or shall I send them a letter from the FAQ's page on this site, if so which one of the two standard letter should I send them?
Thanks

Ignoring has not been advised on here since the law changed in 2012. Whoever told you to ignore is seriously out of date.
You should send the IPC template you will find in the Sticky thread for NEWBIES. No doubt the scammers will tell you that you are too late to appeal, but at least you will have engaged with them in case it goes to court later.
You can safely ignore debt collector letters when they arrive.

Update on this, I sent them a IPC letter template as suggested with all copies of ticket and resosns the PCN was unfairly issued. I have just recived a letter from Armtrac stating that because I did not appeal in time I have 7 days to pay the £100 fine or they will pass all details over to debt collection or county court.
Any advise on what to do next? I have till Dec 15th to pay.

Why do you need any more advice? I'm unsure what the question is and why you are even telling us the irrelevant date when this bunch are demanding you 'pay' by! There will be no payment. You knew they would reject (saying an appeal is too late is the same thing, any old excuse).
Nothing has changed. We've already said to ignore debt collector letters and that stage is already done to death in various threads, including post #4 of the NEWBIES thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That's the information we work from. Whether 6 court cases in the past 3 years is an indicator of a 'likelihood' is open to individual interpretation and forecast. Your guess is now as good as ours. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Update on this - I have just recieved a letter stating that If I dont pay the charge in the next 7 days They will either obtain a court order for financial examination or apply for a court judgement to enable debt to be claimed through earnings or instruct bailiffs to recover goods to cover outatnding debt.
The letter says that any of these will affect my credit rating for 6 years.
I dont want my credit rating affected. What is likley to happen?
Anyone got any experience with this situation?
Thnaks

as ARMTRAC are a private parking company, they would have to issue an MCOL via Northampton against the keeper (or the driver if they knew who it was)
then you would have to defend it, if you lost and paid the judgment promptly , IN FULL , then that is the end of the matter
no CCJ, no credit issues , no bailiffs , no earnings attachment orders , nothing at all
its when you dont pay a court judgment (usually within 28 days) that the CCJ becomes "live" and can be enforced, plus it affects your credit rating
so if you are taken to court and lose , pay up, IN FULL (as Martin says) , promptly
if you win, you pay nothing and can claim up to about £900 -
