I really would take this to Pepipoo if it is a council ticket.
Forgot to say earlier, you will have to show both sides of the ticket suitably redacted of personal info.

thanks all. I will appeal as although I parked infront of a dropped kerb, the actual penalty has been issued for parking more then 50cm away from the kerb. Which it isn't. (more like 30cm)

I registered with Pepipoo yonks ago so can't remember the process much. Did you see that you cannot use a hotmail email address? I think someone had trouble with gmail as well but I've got gmail and it was OK.
You will get 2 emails after registering, activation instructions and then validating. Have you had those?0 -
Perhaps the term "special enforcement area" includes "dropped kerb" (although I would interpret it as meaning something like a res-permit zone)0

I presume you registered OK? (You can't register with a Hotmail address, for example).
