ACE is an IPC member
Pace Recovery & Storage Ltd (Trading as Ace Security Services)
so any appeals should not name the driver and be sent in around day 19 after the parking event, AS KEEPER , with address of the keeper, or a serviceable address instead (if you dont want them getting your actual address)
the NEWBIES sticky thread has the info for IPC members
What if i did it too early e.g. day 6 or so, I thought the double amount would apply if I would do it after day 14?!?0 -

The issue will turn on the contents of your lease/rental agreement.
There is nothing on the rental agreement about ace parking, I checked, and the registered keepers address is somewhere else.0 -
when you got the permit , was it per house or per car , did they ask for the VRN of the vehicle?Save a Rachael

that applies to windscreen tickets for drivers
the drivers details should not be given so the appeal is as keeper on day 19 (before day 21 as its an IPC member)
its all explained in the NEWBIES sticky thread
assume that I was driving !!!!!!!!!!!!0 -

The permit was supplied by a different estate agent from the one the flat was rented from, there was no other written information provided about what to do with the permit, it was just handed over and that was that.that applies to windscreen tickets for drivers

So essentially I have appealed at present from a template from the donotpay website, however they will reject that appeal, and I can reappeal on day 19 as the registered keeper? I will check the newsbies sticky thread as well, but my main questions is, can I reappeal? or what happens if they decline the appeal now.0 -
they have rejected the last appeal which they assume is from the driver so no appeal has been lodged so far due to the lack of details
the correct appeal is a keeper appeal around day 19 , with keeper name and keeper address , no revealing who was driving
I dont think you have studied this closely as yet, plus any tenancy agreement should mention parking and parking requirements where it is a part of the agreement0
