if not just ring the up and say you have recieved one
theres many threads about this
For internet and phone ? You don't need to give notice, as you ask the new provider to sort things.
Giving notice does, at the moment get immediate offers of 50% off tv, followed by a possible 60%, but I waited, was cut off and got 75% off plus £100 credit (too much to resist), but the best from phone/bb was free ADSL, so I moved to Plusnet (and regret it).0 -
Do they though? Like I said above, I gave my 31 days notice cancelling my TV package, didn't get a single offer...nothing!
It's been off since the 12th & still nothing.
Wait to be cut off as there is an excellent current offer for those who actually leave. I believe it ends in December.0 -

If you move back as well as the free BB offer Sky will offer to take care of your termination charges up to £100 (you pay Plusnet then send proof to Sky and they will credit your bill with them). Might get you out a bit sooner.
I know, but unfortunately have 11 months to suffer.
I spoke to Sky CS last night (it appears that someone forgot to 'press the button' to enable my +, when I reinstated tv) and mentioned being unhappy with PlusNet . The man suggested that he could look into helping me back, but I mentioned the 11 months left and he said that was a pity. It gives hope of leaving early though, as you say.0
