I think some channels on YouTube are now charging you to watch them. I think it's called YouTube Red or something which sounds a bit risqu! to me.0 -

Unfair terms and conditions come to mind.
If the tenancy agreement is this badly worded then any solicitor/CAB could pull it apart.
