Help With Acer Icona 8 Tablet Reboot

This zip file was supposed to recover the Android operating system and was supplied by Acer website. Fat 32 is the usual format to be used. Yes, I completed a factory reset and the tablet returns back the reboot menu again, will not go any further. Acer suggests its a hardware problem and to send tablet to them for repair. Don't think I will bother as tablet is about 18 months old and would probably cost too much to repair. Will not be buying another Acer in the future.
