Hi I am new to this site. We were at a Hospital appointment and we have a blue badge although i know in this car park you still have to pay for a ticket. We arrive at 13:04:20 and drove out at 13:04:21 and received a PCN through the post yesterday. I can't believe we have received this for being 1 second over. Please can…

Why would they want to do that? You see, it's nothing to do with ethics or doing the right thing, but everything to do with gouging as much money as possible from the punters. In all likelihood, they only make their money from the charges they issue, so will seek to maximise that in any way they can.
