If I sign up for a 24th deal, can I take it with me to another address, if I move? or put it on hold for a month or two?
It's significantly cheaper than 12mths

Depends on the provider and package offered, moving may tie you in for a further 24 months though.
Sticking it on hold may not be an option.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
I don't think a hold is possible as your service has to have a 'home' , either at your present or future address and can't be in limbo.0

You should provide more details, IE: Company? Deal? When you think you'll be moving?
Most, if not all, will offer so you can take it with you. They want your business afterall.
The only difference is, if moving from a cabled area to a non-cabled area.0
