    Some people do a lot of downloading...

    With the advent of 4K TV, Netflix and the like requires around 16mbps per stream. While BT's UHD channel requires closer to 30mbps, so if you have a larger family and high spec devices then the bandwidth can be used up. For now though that's quite a small number of households.
