however your suggestion was not in relation to the question I asked
which was "how to connect a samsung phone BY USB CABLE" , not how to sync my files with my PC
bluetooth now sorted so thats actually better as I use a QI charger and keep the phone in a case that covers the USB holeSave a Rachael

Hi
I aint that technical, I opened my phone and put in a storage micro SD card and make it the default save area. So if I cant / or it wont connect, the back comes off and the card is plugged into my lappy.This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
