etyres Congestion charge

I don't have a problem with etyres - infact, I like their service and always use them for replacing my tyres now. Great value for money and great service.
However, I have just noticed on my invoice that they charge a Congestion Charge fee (I guess, if you have your tyres replaced in an area that has Congestion charge enforced).
I live in Chatham, and my tyres were replaced at home, so the fee is zero for me.
I work in Croydon and a colleague has noticed this charge on my invoice and questioned it - he said that the congestion charge is a one off daily payment if a said vehicle has travelled in the congestion zone for that day - it is one off, not everytime that vehicle passes the within the zone - so my question is, does anyone know if they charge this charge each time they visit any customer within the congestion charge area/zone. Or is this fee shared by all customers on that day? Or is it waived for all customers and is just listed on the invoice for decoration?

1: is it a figure added to the invoice and price stated?
2: is the figure the correct one for the vehicle they arrive inSave a Rachael

I suspect they don't typically have multiple customers in the same zone in the same period. Administering such a setup would be a nightmare also0

Taxis are exempt. Non-london taxis do add it in to the Cost of the taxi in the same way esure has. Nothing wrong about thst0
