Indeed Law, Lincoln. Warning

In December 2015 my father daftly responded to a cold call from Indeed Law about setting up a lasting Power of Attorney.
He then, even more daftly, gave them £650 to arrange this.
The draft came back riddled with mistake so we called their Client Liaison Officer in to correct them.
In April we had notification that the application had been lodged with the Office of the Public Guardian and could take up to 16 weeks to process.
Move forward to the middle of October and 26 weeks have passed without any further correspondence. Calls to the aforementioned Client Liaison Office were not returned.
I have spoken to the office on seven occasions and have yet to receive a call back, further to that the Office of the Public Guardian has no record of the application being lodged.
Please don't let anyone else be fooled by these crooks.

How did he pay the £650? If it was by credit card, S75 or Chargeback, by debit card Chargeback (but beware of time limits with Chargeback). If it was cheque or bank transfer then it may have to be Letter Before Action and Small Claim using Money Claim Online.0
