Parking in Bath for Xmas Market

You could try the University of Bath (£2 Sat, Free Sun) then get the bus down into town.

Get the train or the bus in, both go from Frome so would be easier than parking. Newbridge and landsdown are the wrong side so your have to sit in traffic to get through. Southgate, Bath uni are ok if you go for 9am but anything around lunch time then forget it.
FYI the market is packed on a Sat.0
