The deposit probably just sunk into the debts black hole. But it does sound to me like you will be able to see out the three months. Contact Shelter for advice.
But as suggested, very unlikely to find yourself in a forever home while renting.
I suspect you want to report the LL to someone, all you can do is take her to court for not protecting the deposit. However, if she is in this much debt, even if the court makes an award (and it can be an expensive process for the plaintiff unless you are allowed to do it through MYCOL) I doubt you'll see the money.0
