Picture hanging frames?

I got a bunch of frames from Ikea, but the back on them is really deep compared to the tiny hanging hook. I am wanting them to sit nice and flush on the wall...what sort of fixing would be suitable? Heres a shot to show you what I mean

A small cable tie attached to the hook on the back of the frame will enable it to reach the hook on the wall.
