The NEWBIES Sticky thread is on the same page where you started this thread.
There is no template letter. There are a number of template appeal points that you can copy and paste to build your appeal.
Use bullet number headings to simplify things.
1 Inadequate Signage
2 Non POFA 2012 compliant NTK
3 Not the landowner
4 etcetera.
Then construct each appeal point under its own numbered heading.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
Thanks again, I think I'm getting the hang of it now!0

parkwatch are not registered with a ATA , they are hiding behind a company called defence systems

sorry, don't understand ATA
letter says park watch limited- registered in England and wales 08798058
address in chester.
is that what you mean?0 -
the number you have given is parkwatch https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/08798058
however parkwatch are not a member of the BPA or IPC ,http://www.britishparking.co.uk/BPA-Approved-Operators the perent company is , this is called defence systems and has a company number 08047971 as in https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/08047971/officers
so how can parkwatch apply for your info , or give a popla code? they have passed your info over to defence systems , who have obtained your details then passed them back to a non BPA member
a company "trading as" does NOT have a separate entity or company numberSave a Rachael

getting more confused now.
I have appealed to park watch and got the usual rejection.
They sent me a popla code and I wrote a very lengthy appeal using the superb advice on here.
What do I do now?
Should I not send it ? do I complain and to who?
The 28 day deadline for popla appeal is up on Tuesday.0 -
parkwatch state that they are a division of defence systems , but do not state DS company number , they actually quote a number for a company that is not registerd with the BPA or DVLASave a Rachael
