It is still difficult trying to find a start point from the various travel agency sites online as you can't see if they have the capacity for that many people, they certainly don't allow it on one booking quote. Two have replied to my emails and certainly one seems very keen to help us.
If you must use a TA () then ask
Trailfinders or
STA travel
or why not ask

In which case surely there must be several tried and tested models to guide you along the way?0 -
Oh well that's me told.0

18 people in a luxury villa aged 19 or so?
OK. There may be trouble ahead!
Have these people ever shared accommodation together like this before now?
If not, leave it out. Seriously, young people are great fun, but honestly, if there are not 18 showers/bathrooms, it is going to be handbags at dawn in the close quarters of a private villa.
9 twin rooms in nearby hotels is a much better option. Everyone can escape back to a room if there is the handbags/envy/drink taken/boyfriend girlfriend issues. The list is endless.
I'd suggest go to a hostel with bunk beds. They would have an absolute blast. And hostels are used to younger people partying.
Did it myself with twelve schoolmates back in the day. That was in Greece. OMG what a great time we had.
But maybe luxury is necessary. If so, it will be a brave villa owner that will let it out to nearly twenty people all at once to be perfectly honest.0 -
There are plenty of villas out there for this type of house party. It is quite common for "hen parties" (not the type where the girls get totally drunk) but the more upmarket ones where they have a housekeeper, buy in spa treatments, watch films and cook together and just generally chill out from their busy lives with the bride.
Ditto mixed parties of friends, a couple of my kids are renting houses like this for New Year with a group of mates, not a house party per se, but a chillout with good friends. Not all groups of young people get totally wasted and trash the place!
This group have boarded together so will know each other very well having lived so closely. I doubt they will have issues with bathrooms etc.0 -

I'm wondering if we may be better served asking a local travel agent and perhaps considering 9 hotel rooms.
Any more ideas would be most welcome.
Hi! I've recently booked a villa with Ruralidays and I was looking for something near the beach. I saw that now you can select your preferred distance from the beach as a criterium on their website :T
I was wondering if any of you have already been to Malaga! Any recommendation or places I should visit? I'm enthusiastic about this trip, I truly can't wait :j
Thank you in advance!
