I'd rethink your plans.

Just read your second post - 9 hotel rooms or 3/4 apartments are going to be a much better bet, particularly if you want to be near to a beach.
Yes, I think this will be best. They have actually been offered a villa but it is miles from anywhere. It is still difficult trying to find a start point from the various travel agency sites online as you can't see if they have the capacity for that many people, they certainly don't allow it on one booking quote. Two have replied to my emails and certainly one seems very keen to help us.0 -

Hope everyone isn't expecting their own room and not to share beds!
If you get a moment, we are looking at Malaga and in July.0 -
If you do want to do it yourself then you should look for sites that rent entire properties, and there are a few of them. This site had quite a few https://www.hometogo.co.uk
You will face a logistics problem - most 'luxury villas' are not situated within walking distance of amenities (since rich, villa-owning people can drive to stuff). You might be better finding a self-service hotel and booking 10 twin rooms.chancesare wrote: »If you get a moment, we are looking at Malaga and in July.
(Booking the 5 week road-trip was easy, trying to navigate around the USA with just basic roadmaps, and having to book hotels with a few hours notice was the challenge. Did it all without any internet, mobile phone or GPS as it was 2001.)0 -

For how long? What budget per person?

How long - the OP said 4/5 days.
I would expect the budget is a lesser detail, these are boarding school pupils.
I may be wrong.
There is a big difference in life skills at 21 than 17/18. That said, having booked a very similar 'holiday' a year ago I can understand the frustration in searching online.
Ours was also a boarding school end/uni start holiday and it would have tested the very best of people to organise but then we had several 'starting locations' from Russia to Jersey and Cornwall to Switzerland. Not one student missed or bailed out, the end of boarding school jolly is one that is almost in the curriculum. Good luck OP, it's tough.0 -

I never said large villas didn't exist - just that they'd be unlikely to take a group of teenagers - the fact that both properties state "No parties" doesn't bode well.;)0 -
Where did last year's leavers go?
Could you find out who organised last year's group holiday and re-book that?
Going to the same place won't matter with it being a different group of young people.“All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.”0 -
I don't think the villa is a realistic option. So either apartments or hotels. Jet 2 holidays do group bookings.

Just say see you there http://www.booking.com/hotel/es/apartamentos-jet.en-gb.html on x dates and let them book them selves.
Book direct http://www.ibizajetapartments.com and get free wifi apparently.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0
