You could have had it cancelled on LA land, see MC1.

So if they were daft enough to take you to court they would struggle. Also the fact that the kangaroo IAS appeals outfit turned you down stands in your favour. A judge might be very unimpressed by their insigned adjudication.

Did not the man in the camera van see if you needed assistance?

Of course he didn't! Easy money!!

(Though I guess your question was a rhetorical one...)

No they did not. I was sat in my passenger saet and saw them drive past several times. I thought they were working for the local council, as I had a severe headache and a panic attack thinking I was stuck in liverpool, I couldn't really focus my vision too well. I basically felt as though I was having an episode of vertigo!

According to the Mersey Docks and Harbour Board Act of 1971 the docks roads, (see section 11), are subject to the Road Traffic Act.

Also in RE to MC1 which I have looked at previiously, I have no pre-existing medical conditions, nor any temporary notice from a professional.

However, I do have evidence based on the amount of time I was there, official government correspondence for my family member(s) having to come out of work to collect me and my vehicle and evidence for the reasons why I was in Liverpool. All of this coroborates the story I gave during both appeals.

I can assure you, I was unfit to drive. Who would want to wait on Liverpool docks for an hour?!

@OP - obtain the exact location of your 'infringement', then call the Merseyside (or is it Liverpool?) Highways Department and ask whether that particular point on that road is subject to the above?

Can you show us on Google Street View?

Let us know, for further advice.

Check Post #9 in this thread (by myself). New members cannot post links - but I found a way :^) there are also diretions contained in that post.

They provided good information on exactly where I parked and how much signage I would have driven past when I got there. As it turns out I drove past a total of one small sign and parked right next to it (I had driven past it of course) and if you felt unwell enough not to drive, the last thing on your mind is looking for a bleeding sign!

I read that post not mad and have hada similar thing happen to myself in the past. Luckily Parking Eye's evidence (for myself) proved themselves wrong and I got out of it.

I'd rather VCS didn't send collectors after me, or try a court summonings. But, I understand that is the run of the mill with these sorts of people so the debtors do not scare me and I know for a fact this wouldn't stand on two legs in court. It is common sense, which I made very clear in my appeal; if I was to move my vehicle any further I would have been breaking the law. Driving whilst feeling ill is just as dangerous as driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Sorry, missed that. With a bit of manipulation I've converted your link into a (shirt of) live link, but all it seems to give is a general birds-eye view of the Albert Dock. It's not sufficiently revealing:

Was the assessor named in your IAS rejection? If not (and we have yet to see one where a name is given) it is a breach of the Alternative Dispute Regulations 2015.

I'm not sure if there is an official body you can complain to about this other than your MP and Mrs May. There is a thread on here about a campaign with letters you can send to Mrs M. The thread starts, This demands a new thread --- Theresa May ...

Everyone who gets one of these unfair parking tickets should join this campaign.
