Vardy - did you ever get into a DMP regarding all your debts including the HMRC debt? If you posted up a full SOA this would be far easier for us to advise you on... You're potentially asking us about ONE debt, when from your posts there were also payday loans, HMRC debts and others?

We could be giving you hugely inaccurate advice because we're basing this on ONE debt... and I suspect there are more?

The loan I have been discussing is secured against my car so its my number 1 priority as I need my car for work. Also the majority of my creditors have not contacted me in some time and I have nothing else accruing interest. I still have the HMRC debt although this was reduced massively and I need to do a self assessment for 2012/13. I also have a high VAT bill addressed to my former company.

I am working 27/28 shifts most months so struggling for time but I will get round to posting them all in the DFW forum this month.

I wish I had things to sell, I sold my laptop and ps3 to get my SIA licence for my current job. A friend loaned me the money to buy my current car which gives me one problem after another.
